Located at the important intersection of Mill Plain Blvd. and SR 500 (a major east-west arterial), Turnbull Commercial Center will contain a 28,000 square foot major retailer with in-line pads for smaller shops edging the site. Another two pads for restaurant or bank tenants will bring the total GLA to 70,000 square feet.

The project includes a parking ratio of 6:1 with highly landscaped parking surfaces as well as contemporary Pacific Northwest architectural details characterizing the finishes and canopies completing the outdoor flavor of the design.

With its location at the busiest intersection of Vancouver, Washington, which is adjacent to Portland, Oregon, but also a self-sustaining community with its own vibrant identity, Turnbull Commercial Center will deliver convenient shopping for urban professionals in two states.
